2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited informs this Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.1951 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/3 that on following heads of retiral benefits the payments have been made:
(i). Family pension.
(ii). Death Gratuity.
(iii). GSS.
(iv). Leave Encashment.
(v). Final withdrawal of G.P.F.
(vi). BSEB Employees welfare Scheme, 2006.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that though he has not been informed by the petitioner as to whether the retiral dues which has been paid as claimed by the respondent has been credited into her account. However, he appreciates the efforts taken by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited that as per the assurance given before this Court the payments have been made on different heads of the retiral benefits.
4. Considering the information given by the Mr. Kunal Tiwary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, it appears that substantial amount of retiral dues which was required to be paid to the deceased employee has been paid to the wife of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1951 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 3/3 deceased employee, who is petitioner before this Court.
5. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the concerned authority. The concerned authority is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
