The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners along with others is said to have came with deadly weapons and started abusing the informant. It is further alleged that all the accused persons started assaulting the informant and his family members due to which, informant side sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4665 of 2023(3) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 have committed no offence. There was land dispute between the parties. It is submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties. Members of both parties have sustained injuries. They are languishing in judicial custody since 04.09.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 419 of 2022.
