The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S.Case No.195 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67138 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 has conceded that this application is not maintainable. Heard learned APP and the learned counsel for the informant.

In view of submission itself, this application is dismissed.

Let the petitioners surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.
