JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Robbery was committed at a petrol pump by unknown person. During investigation the informant, who was employee of the proprietor of the petrol pump, was suspected and was made accused and in his confessional statement name of the petitioner has surfaced. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on Test Identification Parade, during investigation. He is in custody since 23.07.2017. Investigation is already complete. Petitioner is ready

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15450 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 P2/ to cooperate the trial.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No.127 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
