JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pirpainti (Bakharpur) P. S. Case No. 200 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 201, 34, 364, 498A of IPC.

As per F.I.R. the allegation against the petitioner who happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. Case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and she is looking after the children of the deceased also.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that confessional statement of the husband has been recorded, in which, he has disclosed

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, she has to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
