ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the amounts due to the petitioner has been paid, however, the interest on the delayed payment has not been paid. Learned counsel submits that the authorities took almost nine years for payment of the amounts due without paying the interest.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, leaving it open to the petitioner to file a representation before the authority concerned for payment of the interest, if any. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
