====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No.384C of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 470 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act but cognizance has been taken under Section 420 of the I.P.C. and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Vide order dated 18.12.2019, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre for amicable settlement of the dispute

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71088 of 2019(8) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 between the parties. The Mediation Report dated 20.12.2021 is received and is kept at Flag-E. Perusal of the same shows that the dispute has been settled between the parties on the terms and conditions as stated in the memorandum of agreement attached thereto.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the mediation report, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa or Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.384C of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
