This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 for offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused, Hanslal Ram, similarly situated, earlier admitted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7532 of 2018 on 27.02.2018. However, there is no material against the petitioner except his confessional statement. Besides this nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on test identification parade.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18792 of 2018(3) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hathua P.S.
