Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 395 of 2019 arising out of Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 09.07.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 28902 of 2019 (Annexure-1) with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that the charge has already been framed on 19.09.2019 (Annexure-3).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69674 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 395 of 2019 arising out of Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017.
