2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that Nirantar Singh and Kunal Singh caught the father of the informant and on the order of Nirantar Singh, Karan Singh fired on the father of the informant who fell down and died during treatment. The allegation of fire is against Karan Singh. The allegation against Kunal Singh is that he has caught the father of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Nirantar Singh has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 34131 of 2024. The case of petitioner Kunal Singh stands on similar footing.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that there is direct allegation against Karan Singh that he has fired at the father of the informant due to which he died.
6. Considering above facts and circumstances of the case, the bail petition of petitioner Kunal Singh is allowed. The above named petitioner Kunal Singh in Cr. Misc. Case No.78560 of 2024 is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.166 of 2024 corresponding to Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 494 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of 2nd Additional

7. As far as prayer for bail of Karan Singh in Cr. Misc. Case No.1073 of 2025 is concerned, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner at this stage, however, he is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if the trial is not concluded.
