"He intends to pay Rs. 10,000/- to Bihar State Bar Council Advocate Welfare irrespective of the outcome of the present case".

It has been pointed out by Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the word 'FUND' at the end of Bihar State Bar Council Advocate Welfare is missing in the order.

As such, the order 10.2.2023 stands modified to the following extent:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.373 of 2023(3) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 "He intends to pay Rs. 10,000/- to Bihar State Bar Council Advocate Welfare Fund irrespective of the outcome of the present case".
