Learned counsel for the respondent Bank points out that the petitioner has received amount from the bank, but in the order, erroneously it has been typed as "the bank has received the amount from the petitioner".

This Court is satisfied that the aforesaid order requires to be corrected.

As such, the order dated 15.03.2023 is modified to the extent that the line "the bank has received the amount from the petitioner and, therefore, the grievance which they have raised in the present writ petition stands redressed" be read

Patna High Court CWJC No.21803 of 2019(6) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 as "the petitioner has received the amount from the bank and, therefore, the grievance which he has raised in the present writ petition stands redressed".

The aforesaid corrected line shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 15.03.2023 for all intents and purposes.
