Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.417 of 2017, registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25 (1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that one country made pistol loaded with one live cartridge were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for approximately six months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Chhotu Kumar @ Chotu Kumar is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9518 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.417 of 2017.
