JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15699 of 2019, by which, the petitioner has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

However, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error in his petition in satisfaction portion it has incorrectly been mentioned as "learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran and due to which, the same has been recorded in the order dated 02.09.2019, whereas it should have been "learned

Having heard both sides, considering the submission as well as the averments made in modification application, satisfaction portion of order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15699 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in place of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, it may be read as learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

All other parts of the order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15699 of 2019 shall remain intact. Further two weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned court below forthwith.
