The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (District-Patna) P.S. Case No.404 of 2019, registered under Sections 392, 411, 413 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant disclosed that three persons snatched his mobile and Scorpio vehicle and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Miraj @ Munna recorded in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.215 of 2019. Save and except the confession made by the co-accused, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present

Considering the facts that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a co-accused and petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019 but he has not been put on TIP as yet, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali (District-Patna) P.S.
