Case No.96 of 2019 on 29.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.53234 of 2019.

The bail bond is not being accepted by the learned Court-below for the reason that both the petitioners were remanded to judicial custody in the name and style as Kishore Kumar and Sitaram Kumar. Therefore, prayer is for modification by adding alias name of petitioner No.1 as Kishore Kumar and alias name of petitioner No.2 as Sitaram Kumar.
