This application has been filed for directing the respondents concerned to take coercive steps against the private respondent who is an accused in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 181/2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code who is moving freely and giving threats to the informant in connivance with local police as also to look into the matter as rape was committed with the informant.

Pursuant to the last order, the Officer-in-Charge,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1608 of 2019(4) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 Bakhtiyarpur Police Station has appeared. He submits that the chargesheet has been submitted against the private respondent no. 6 and the trial has proceeded.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months of communication of this order.
