The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 695 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Earlier the application for Bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32525 of 2022.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77377 of 2023(3) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, dated 05.12.2023, a report regarding present stage of trial, dated 12.12.2023 has been received, which is kept in Flag "B", from perusal of which, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six moths, positively, failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Nirajkrs/- U T
