Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2016.

Submission is that co-accused Mithlesh Kumar Mahto @ Mithlesh Kumar @Mithlesh Mahto has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.10264 of 2017. Co-accused Mukesh Mahto and Umesh Mahto were already acquitted in the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9719 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.42 of 2016 arising out of Khodawandpur Police Station Case No.179 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
