The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of two stolen motorcycles and several A.T.M. cards from the accused persons including the petitioners herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are having clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 31.07.2019. It is further submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70535 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 charge sheet has already been filed in the present case, hence there is no reason to keep the petitioners behind the bars. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S.
