The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case no. 575 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2016. 81.00 lts. of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. The seizure list neither contains name of the petitioner from whom the alleged liquor is said to have been recovered nor bear his signature. The petitioner has no concern
