2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, in conspiracy with other accused persons, kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage. It is further submits that this petitioner assaulted the wife of informant due to which her leg got fractured. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 of the BNNS, has supported the prosecution case.

4. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNNS, prayer
