JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.116 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Only material against the petitioners is suspicion that they have committed murder of Shankar Pandey and Sudhir Pandey. The petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2017. Similarly, situated co-accused Mominder Manjhi and Vikash Manjhi have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.5004 of 2018. There is no Additional material against the petitioners in the case-diary. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9298 of 2018 (3) dt.27-03-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Garua Police Station Case No. 116 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. s (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
