JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Piprakothi PS Case No. 196 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 379 and 395 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that a driver was kidnapped along with the truck.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits the only material against the petitioner is disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of co-accused Ram Babu Rai and except that there is no other material and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ayush Reddy is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Piprakothi PS Case No. 196 of 2017.
