The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014 dated 31.07.2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his name has been arraigned in the column of the accused persons in the FIR only on the confession of Manager Sahani, a co-accused. It has further been submitted that Manager Sahani after being tried, has been acquitted. There is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released, in the event of

No.15559 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
