Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It appears from the F.I.R. that cause of death is use of firearm. From the post mortem report, the cause of death is Hemorrhagic shock due piercing from sharp object. Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
