The petitioner is accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 287 of 2015, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide orders dated 28.09.2016 and 18.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27043 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 15635 of 2017, respectively, by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9497 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
