Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the Judgment dated 07.09.2024 and Award dated 14.09.2024, passed by Sri Ashok Kumar Gupta, Learned Chairman-Cum- Presiding Officer, Bihar Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal, Purnea (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), in MACT Case no. 249 of 2024 'Akalaq Vs. Magma HDI General Insurance Co. Ltd. And Anr.' by which compensation has been allowed against the appellant.
