JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 440 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per FIR one person was arrested and there was recovery of liquor from his house, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, from whose house 10 litres of liquor was recovered.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground maintainability. In view of above facts and circumstances, this
