Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 396, 307, 436, 353A of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The FIR is against unknown.

Name of the petitioner transpired after a period of nine years of investigation. There is no direct evidence against the petitioner. Some other co-accused have been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 series.

No.3083 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhuban Police Station Case No. 87 of 2005, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
