Ms. Pushpa Sinha, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 21-11-2025 Heard Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Paswan, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Pushpa Sinha, the learned APP for the State.

2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51692 of 2025 by this Court, whereby the petitioners were granted bail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had mentioned the same address as written in the FIR in the previous bail application and hence at the time of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79487 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 2/3 furnishing the bail bond when the Aadhaar Cards of the petitioners were called for, it was found that the residential address of the petitioners as mentioned in the bail application did not match with their Aadhaar Cards.

4. In view of the same, the learned Court below expressed its inability to accept and verify the bail bonds submitted on behalf of the petitioners, as the address recorded in the order did not tally with that of their Aadhaar Cards.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has given the details of the present and correct address of the petitioners in Paragraph '7' of the modification application which is as per the Aadhaar Cards being submitted by the petitioners.

6. In view of the aforesaid, let the address of the petitioners be corrected in the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51692 of 2025 as contained in Paragraph 7' of the present modification petition.

7. In view of the aforesaid correction, let the period to enable the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below be extended for another four weeks from today. The conditions as contained in the earlier order dated 11.08.2025

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79487 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 3/3 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51692 of 2025 shall remain the same.

8. Accordingly, this application for modification is disposed off to the aforesaid extent.
