The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and rather, articles are recovered from the co-accused Ram Babu Sah.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2019 and has got fair antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the

Case No. 322 of 2019.
