Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AC to AAG-12.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has rushed to this Court without availing her alternative remedy against the order impugned in the instant writ application. The learned State counsel next submits that petitioner had the remedy of appeal against the order impugned in the instant writ application, but then the petitioner has directly rushed to this Court. 3.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.17273 of 2023(2) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 application with liberty to avail her alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.

It goes without saying that if issue of limitation arises before the authority competent, in that event the authority competent shall keep in mind that the petitioner was pursuing her remedy before this Court since 7-12-2023. 6.
