The petitioner has filed the present writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the appointment letter dated 17.01.2019 (Annexure-5 to this writ application), issued in favour of the private respondent no.9, namely, Priyanka Kumari, for her appointment on the post of Anganbari Sewika for Anganbari Centre No.168 in Ward No.16 under Gram Panchayat Raj Rupnarayanpur Karnauti, Block-Mahnar, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.21224 of 2019 dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Vaishali at Hajipur, while the petitioner was the sole candidate for her appointment on such post at that Centre being the candidate of Scheduled Caste in terms of the Advertisement, as contained in Annexure-1 to this writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the appointment of the private respondent no.9, namely, Priyanka Kumari, the petitioner has already filed the representation dated 21.01.2019 before the District Programme Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur (Annexure-6 to this writ application), which is still pending for disposal.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of giving direction to the District Programme Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur, to dispose of the representation dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure-6 to this writ application) of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
