Petitioners seek regular bail in Rauta P.S.Case No.116 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, and 302/ 34 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and petitioner no.1 are full brothers and petitioner no.2 is his son and all are living in the same house and the allegation of killing the informant's son by stabbing with knife is not against these petitioners rather against Rahil another accused and petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13146 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.C.J.M.-II, Purnea, in Rauta P.S.Case No.116 of 2017, G.R.
