Petitioner seeks bail who is in custody since 06.06.2022 in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 516 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 05.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as alleged in the F.I.R. and hence the petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.
