2. Petitioner is an accused in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No.215 of 2023 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that a stolen scooty was recovered from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has purchased the alleged scooty from coaccused Krit Priyanshu after valuable consideration and he had no knowledge that the said scooty was a stolen one. He is in custody since 14.05.2023. The charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. He has three criminal

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No.215 of 2023.
