The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Rs.3,83,000/- of the informant is said to have been snatched by three unknown motorcycle borne criminals on the way on the point of pistol.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. There is nothing in the record indicating the complicity of the

No.9562 of 2018 (4) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 petitioner in the occurrence barring his confessional statement given before the police which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. Though five more criminal cases have been lodged against the petitioner, but he is on bail in the aforesaid cases. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 10.01.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2017.
