Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 342, 332 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, the petitioner and some other named prisoners allegedly attempted to manhandle the Jail Warden, snatched his mobile phone and attempted to torn his clothes. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17833 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 490 of 2017 arising out of Laheriasarai Police Station Case No. 131 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
