For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), quashing the order dated 9.9.2023, passed by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (Respondent No. 4) in case No.- 19/22 (Nitu Kumari vs State of Bihar & Ors) (Annexure-9) by which the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No.-222, Ward No.- 13, Panchayat Raj- Koela Belwa, Block-

Patna High Court CWJC No.16692 of 2023(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 Kalyanpur, District- East Champaran on the ground that at the time of Aam Sabha, the petitioner was absent.

(ii). For direction to the respondents concern to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No.-222, Ward No.-13, Panchayat Raj- Koela Belwa, Block- Kalyanpur, District- East Champaran after cancelling the appointment of Respondent No.- 6 (Nitu Kumari) from the said post."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
