Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.152 of 2017, registered under Sections 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that all accused persons in the dead of night set ablaze the house of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to enmity all the family members have been implicated in this case levelling general and omnibus allegation, there is no eyewitness to the occurrence and brother of the petitioner prior to this case had instituted an FIR under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code against the husband of the present informant.
