Informant who happens to be son of the deceased, a practising Advocate, who was in a way to his house after court's hour, was done to death by way of shooting by the unknown criminals, lodged the FIR which was accordingly, registered against unknown.

Perused the case diary wherefrom it is evident that nothing substantial has been collected by the Investigating Officer to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence and that being so, petitioner, Bittu Kumar @ Bittu Yadav @ Karn Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, (Railway) Samastipur in connection with GRP, SPJ (Samastipur Rail) PS Case No. 4/2017.
