Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Submission is that from possession of petitioner Sonu Kumar, nothing was recovered and from possession of petitioner Bitu Kumar, only match stick was recovered.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 78 of 2017, arising out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8327 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 Chowk P.S. Case No. 374 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
