Despite service of notice, no one appears for opposite party. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phenhara P.S. Case No.47/2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the informant with full dignity and respect. It is further submitted that despite valid service of notice, nobody appears on behalf of O.P. No. 2. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, the provisions bail is granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 27.11.2019 is hereby confirmed,
