JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-payment of a sum of Rs. 96,000/- along with its interest up to the date of payment under the head of GPF amount. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Provident Fund Office, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the Director, Provident Fund Office, Government of Bihar, Patna shall dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22052 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case the said amount is found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of further six weeks therefrom.
