Petitioner is accused in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Jitendra Mahto and Sushil Mahto. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2019.
