The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal code and Sections 30 (a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
It is contended that as per allegation, 90 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the house of the Petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 17.02.2018.
Considering the facts and the circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22676 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
