Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.523 of 2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.249 of 2023(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day in accordance with law, considering the fact that eight accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
