Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that from the house of the petitioner, three stolen motorcycles were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2017.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the investigation is already complete now. Further submission is of false implication and the fact that the recovery was not from conscious possession or house of the petitioner, rather from the road in front of the house of the petitioner. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12660 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Darauda (M. H. Nagar) Police Station Case No. 184 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
