JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Dhanarua PS Case No. 421 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that four persons namely Kishori, Munna, Pappu and Dharmendra shot at the informant causing single fire arm injury.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Kishori Yadav was granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4335 of 2018 consideing further statement made by the informant that the shot fired by Munna hit him and the petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pappu Kumar @ Pappu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua PS Case No. 421 of 2017.
